Creative Pearls — Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns and refunds policy is outlined below.


Returns

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We’ll also confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (or bank account) within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@creativepearls.co.za.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@creativepearls.co.za to arrange the exchange.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please first contact us at info@creativepearls.co.za for instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

  • If returning an item valued over R1,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
